Fun with Louis

Louis, as many of you know, is my 4 month old grandpuppy.

He is a full bred English Bulldog who, as we found out over the 4th of July, has quite the personality.

Not only did Sam (my 2nd daughter) get to finally meet Louis, but so did Jen, Elena and Nicole (Mom and daycare babies).

Louis and Alex and Tom all came on Wednesday night (the 3rd).  And Louis marched right in to our house and into our hearts (as though Grandma didn’t already love him).  Grandpa (ok, Tim) is completely wrapped around Louis’s little paw – Tim took him out early each morning and then brought him in to wake me up!

Elena LOVED Louis, but  he was a little too rambunctious for Nicole…and with that finding, Alex put Louis back in his kennel.  Do I need to explain what he was doing in this photo?

I’ve never seen a dog pout before…but there it was.  Major Pouting!

Then there was the moment we decided  he’d make a good Pirate for Halloween!

He’s just so darn cute!

The fun torture really began when Gabi brought down her hamster Jack who was running around the living room in his ball.  Scared the heck out of Louis!  Poor Louis…he hid right behind Alex’s legs as we all laughed at this big tough bulldog hiding from the tiny little hamster…Grandpa put his foot down and made Gabi take Jack back to her room so Louis wouldn’t have to hide.

Poor Louis.

{snicker, snicker}

I promise I won’t keep blogging about my grand-puppy…I just can’t resist once in a while.

Thank God for funny little puppies!
