Flowers Soothe the Soul…

We’ve had some pretty weird weather here in northern Minnesota…

It seems as though my flowers are as confused as we are.

Not that I’m complaining – you see it has somehow made my tulips so confused that they’ve been blooming for almost two weeks!

Just take a peek! Read more

Sunday Blessings…

I admit it, I’m too tired to write a full post tonight.

Instead, I’m sharing my favorite blessing which is sung by our beautiful choir at the end of our church service.

(yes, I quietly sing along)

I hope this brings you into a wonderful week!

May the Lord bless you and keep you.

May the Lord make his face to shine upon you,
and be gracious to you.

May the Lord lift up his countenance upon you,
and give you peace.

The Never-Ending Basement Project

The original plan was for her to shoot our family…Sam, Gabi, Tim and me. Β However, I, having once again over scheduled myself, had the babies for the day too.

Thankfully, Jen (baby Momma) decided it would be a good idea to snap a few photos of the little ones too.

The fun began shortly after Barb arrived… Read more

Baby Puke vs. Sam’s Feet

Yup…

Another “Mother of the Year” moment…

{said extremely sarcastically}

Just give me that crown now.

Picture this: Β (said just like Sophia on the Golden Girls)

The daycare babies were at our house today…

Momma came at lunch, as she usually does for a visit.

I overheard her (sitting on the couch) telling Gabi: Β Oh Nicole (the one year old) threw up – she hasn’t done that for a long time. Β Jen (Momma) then proceeded to tease Gabi that maybe she was actually the culprit.

Now, take this fact in…I was not involved in cleanup. Read more
